Tarah and Pritchard: A Riffraff Styled Photoshoot

Hey friends!

Lauren here! Before doing engagement shoots we often get questions from the bride and groom about what to wear. We also sometimes have them text us photos of the outfits they will be wearing. This way we can pick out the absolute best locations to go with their outfits! Brides, if you are looking for a great place for a few new outfits for your upcoming engagement shoots we definitely recommend Riffraff! Riffraff used to just offer the absolute cutest home furnishings but now also offers clothes that everyone LOVES! It is located at the west side of the Fayetteville square and the workers there can give you any fashion advice you need!

Check out this super cute couple we photographed! Both of Tara's dresses and all her jewelry were bought at Riffraff! She wore a super sexy black maxi dress. The cutouts on the sides help spice up the outfit a bit! Another great way to add that something extra to an outfit is to pair it with bold and funky jewelry. Tara's large beaded gold and black necklace was the perfect touch for her sexy outfit. With her cutesy dress she knew the bow was enough of an eye catcher so she went without a necklace and just added simple bangles to match. If your top is already full of embellishments, keep the jewelry to a minimum but you can always spice it up with some sexy high heels!

Grooms, when it comes to clothes, keep it classy and simple. No bride wants her outfit to be shown up by her groom's! Most importantly, make sure your clothes fit! Button down shirts and darkwash jeans or nice tailored suits are always a win. However, we always do a shoe pic so awesome shoes are always a plus!

Tarah and Pritchard are a great example of what to wear at a photoshoot... check out these gorgeous photos Dale and I got of them!
