More Than A Bride...

Hey everybody!

Photographing weddings is what Mere and I do best, but one thing we hold just as important is creating lasting relationships with our brides and grooms! It means so much to us to continue those relationships, following our clients through other life events!

Here's an example...
In the last 24 hours...

I facetimed with former bride Marissa, seen here.

She has started a new online boutique and I was helping to answer some photo questions for her website! So fun to see our clients follow their dreams!

I met up with former bride Leslie, seen here. I photographed her sweet one year old, Harper! More on that shoot later!

I worked with former bride Meg, seen below. I volunteered for Meg's non-profit organization artfeeds.org
and will spend about 25 hours this week teaching Joplin elementary students about photography.

And finally, today I scheduled a shoot with former bride Carly, seen here. I can't wait to see Carly's little girl Ellis for her 6th month portraits!

Isn't it so funny how all of these relationships began as clients and turned out friends? And the best part is, it goes both ways! I can't tell you the amount if emails, texts, phone calls, and gifts we received from former clients turned friends when baby Cece arrived! It made us feel so loved!

I guess the point I'm trying to make is booking brides to us isn't just getting another client... it's starting a friendship, cultivating a relationship, and building a lifelong bond with them.

Talk to you soon,

Thanks for stopping by! I've updated the blog every single day since 2008 (over 4 years), so be sure to come back tomorrow! Here are some fun and helpful links!
